Our website grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the WPConfigurator plugins, themes  and other items (the “products”) sold through our website (https://wpconfigurator.com/) by Plugora Tech OÜ (registry code 17247756) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions issued by our company.
 
  1. Trademark and Copyright. WPConfigurator ® trademark is the federally registered trademark owned by Plugora Tech OÜ (registry code 17247756). Any unauthorized use is expressly prohibited. Copyright © 2023 WPConfigurator.
  2. Product Licensing. All products are distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License (GPL).
  3. Automatic Updates. Automatic Updates are available to customers in accordance with the license they have purchased. A Personal site license provides automatic updates for a single site, a All access pass license provides automatic updates for up to 3 sites and a Professional license provides automatic updates for 1 site. Updates are provided for a term of one year from the time of purchase. After one year you may renew your license key with 10% discount in order to continue receiving support and product updates.
  4. Support. WPConfigurator offers WordPress plugins and themes “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like or will be compatible with all 3rd party components and plugins. Support is offered via a license key. Purchasing a license key gives you access to our support ticket system. Support is only available for those who have an active, paid extension license. Support is provided for a term of one year from the time of purchase. After one year you may renew your license key in order to continue receiving support and product updates.
  5. Refund Policy. We will be happy to consider a refund within the first 15 days of your purchase. Before a refund will be given, you must allow us to assist and help solve any problem you have by opening a support ticket. No refunds will be given after 15 days from the initial purchase. Refund also will not be granted If you simply decide not to use the product or buy the product accidentally. Due to the nature of digital intangible plugins and possibilities of fraud and dishonest tactics, we also reserve the rights to refuse refunds on WPConfigurator Membership. Please, ask questions regarding our plugins and themes before the purchase to ensure they will meet your requirements. Refund requests may take up to 3 days to process.
  6. Delivery. After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with the download link and the license key. This may take up to one hour to arrive but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us. You may then login to WPConfigurator.com to receive support, if you use the email address you used to purchase the plugin you will have instant access to all support related material.
  7. Ownership. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are property of Innwit Digital Innovation SL. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.
  8. Site Content. All site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on WPConfigurator.com is the property of Innwit Digital Innovation SL. Any replicated site content must be authorized in advanced. Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Innwit Digital Innovation S.L.
  9. Price Changes. WPConfigurator reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a license with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.
  10. Transactional Emails. WPConfigurator may on occasion send you email notifications related to your WPConfigurator license. These transactional emails may include notification of licensing changes, changes to our terms and conditions, license expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchase of Luminesthemes.
  11. Warranty. Our plugin is guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress. We do not guarantee it will function with all 3rd party plugins or with all web browsers. We are not responsible for any plugin compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to support our plugins as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party plugin conflicts at our discretion or as time allows. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing this plugin.
